Shop Policies
By placing an order with Krazy Kreationz Sweets I agree to the following policies...
Payment Policy -
A 50% deposit is due when the order is placed, balance is due 7-14 days prior to the pick up/delivery date. If the order is placed within those 7 days full payment is due at the time the order is placed.
Deposits -
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due to book your date, the deposit is to hold your date and time on our calendar and purchase all supplies that are needed to make your order once your order is placed with us. Please not that your order is not placed until your deposit invoice is paid In the event you need to cancel you order after your deposit payment has been made. We can offer a credit to your account, minus the cost of material and supplies. In the event Krazy Kreationz Sweets needs to cancel an order, a full refund to you original payment method will be issued.
BALANCE -
Order balances are due 7 days prior to pickup/delivery date. An invoice will be sent via email for you to make your payment. Please make your payment in a timely manner to avoid any delays in order processing.
Rentals -
Trays/Stands are available for dessert table if needed. A rental fee will be added to your invoice and refunded once the rental trays are returned to us. If trays/stands become damaged during rental, rental fee will be forfeited
