Deposit, Payment, & Rental Policies

By placing an order with Krazy Kreationz Sweets I agree to the following policies... 

Payment Policy - 

A 50% non-refundable booking fee/deposit is due when the order is placed, balance is due 7-14 days prior to the pick up/delivery date. If the order is placed within those 7 days full payment is due at the time the order is placed. 

Deposits/Booking Fee - 

A 50% non-refundable booking fee/deposit is due to book your date, the fee is to hold your date and time on our calendar and purchase all supplies that are needed to make your order once your order is placed with us. 

Please note that your order is not placed until your invoice is paid.

In the event you need to cancel your order after your deposit payment has been made. We can offer a credit to your account, minus the cost of material and supplies. In the event Krazy Kreationz Sweets needs to cancel an order, a full refund to you original payment method will be issued. 

BALANCE -

Order balances are due 7 days prior to pickup/delivery date. An invoice will be sent via email for you to make your payment. Please make your payment in a timely manner to avoid any delays in order processing. 

Rentals -

Trays/Stands are available for dessert table if needed. We charge a rental fee and security deposit. If trays/stands become damaged during rental, security deposit will be forfeited
