Damages and issues

All of our products are individually made, we inspect all products before packaging. But mistakes do happen, If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged or defective. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at krazykreationzsweets@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery of the item.

If your order arrives with shipping damages, we may be able to file a damage claim, include at least 2 image of the items, and a picture of the shipping box, all packing material and the label. Do not discard any materials.

Replacements & Refunds

Krazy Kreationz Grab Bag Bundles

Our Krazy Kreationz Grab Bags products have small imperfections that do not effect the performance of our products. Please note, that products included in Krazy Kreationz Grab Bags, will NOT be replaced.  All products are individually inspected before shipping and are final sale!

Pre-Orders & Custom Orders

All Custom cakes, cookies, and or sweet treat orders require a 50% booking fee to hold your order spot. All booking fees are Non-Refundable!  The final payment will be due 7-14 days prior to your event date. If final payment is not received on the due date, processing time will be extended and/or a cancellation will be issued.

If you are placing a rush order, full payment is due at time of invoice. 

All pre-sale orders are to be paid when your order is placed.

Please understand that we are a small business, due to order volume at times it might take a few days to get back to messages and/or emails.

We do not take phone orders, all orders must be placed on our website, message, or fill out our quote form. 

Orders can only be cancelled up to 2 hours after they were placed, we do not cancel orders once they have begun processing.
