Pre-Order FAQ
During our Pre-Order sales we will be sending out invoices via email, or orders can be placed directly on our website. While placing your order shipping or pick up can be chosen.
If you choose to pick up your order you will receive a "Ready To Pick Up" email once your order is ready. We will also reach out via messenger, email, or phone/text to confirm a pick up date and time. If we have not discussed one at the time of order.
Please note due to covid-19 we are doing porch pick ups until further notice.
Pre-Order spots are not secure until your invoice is paid.
All pre-orders are subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit if requested 72 hours prior to event date.
