Shipping charges are based on weight, box size, and location of your order. Please see final shipping prices at checkout

Production Times

Due to the nature of our products production times varies, Please plan accordingly

Estimated Production Times:

Cookie Stencils & Cookie Cutters shipping times - 3 - 7 business days

Custom orders - 5 - 7 business days

Cookies, Sweet Treats, & Kits - 5-14 business days

Holidays may effect processing times. Please add 7-14 days to estimated date. 

If you need you order by a certain date, please reach out by the chat feature on our website to confirm availability (updated shipping charges may apply and a rush fee may apply)

Upgraded shipping does not change our processing time.

We do not guarantee shipping times and dates!!! 

Shipping

Orders are shipped through USPS, UPS, & FEDEX

Most orders stencil & cookie cutter orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage (Depending on weight of full order) Estimated Time: 1-7 Business

All Perishable orders are shipped with the shipping tier you purchase at check outm we recommend going with a shipping time with an estimated time no more then 1-3 Business Days 

We do not ship our treats on Friday or the day prior to a post office closure! 

Tracking can take about 24-48 hours to update once shipped

Krazy Kreationz Sweets is not responsible for returned mail due to address errors. Please double and triple check the address entered. 

Krazy Kreationz Sweets is not responsible for delayed mail. Any delays with shipping must be handled through the shipping carrier. If you need assistance filing a claim, please reach out to us via email 

If you need your order by a specific date we base our shipping date on the days USPS provides to us, delays can happen. Unfortunately delays are completely out of our control. Krazy Kreationz Sweets is not responsible for delays due to post office error, closure, and/or slow shipping. A refund will not be issued if you order is received later then your expected arrival date or for any reason that is completely out of our control.
