I have read and acknowledge Krazy Kreationz Sweets (KKS) Shop Policies, Terms, & Conditions:
Shipping & Heat Policy
• We highly recommend purchasing our insulated shipping add-on for all sweet treat orders when temperatures are 65°F or higher.
• By declining the insulated shipping add-on, you acknowledge and understand that your order may melt, soften, or become damaged due to warm temperatures during transit.
• Krazy Kreationz Sweets reserves the right to delay shipment during extreme temperatures if the insulated shipping add-on is not purchased.
Made-to-Order & Processing Times
• All items are made to order and require processing time before shipment or pickup.
• Shipping upgrades reduce shipping/transit time only and do not reduce processing time.
Estimated Processing Times
(We ship sweet treats Monday - Thursday, we do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays to ensure freshness)
• Stencils & Cookie Cutters: 5–7 business days
• Custom Stencils, Custom Cookie Cutters, Edible Images & Cake Toppers: 7–10 business days
• Sweet Treats: 7–14 business days
Please Note: Processing times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, holidays, and event seasons. During peak holiday/event periods, processing times may extend an additional 7–10 business days. Please plan accordingly.
Pre-Orders & Seasonal Sales
• Pre-orders and sale items follow the timeframe listed in the sale/pre-order listing and do not include additional processing time unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Policies
• Times shown at check out under each shipping tier are shipping times only and do not include our processing time
• Sweet treats are not shipped on Fridays or the day before a post office closure to help maintain freshness and avoid extended transit times.
• If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability. Rush accommodations may be available and a rush fee may apply.
• Krazy Kreationz Sweets does not guarantee shipping dates, transit times, or carrier delivery schedules, as carrier delays are outside of our control.
Payments, Deposits & Refunds
• All purchases are non-refundable.
• Custom cakes, cookies, and sweet treats require a 50% non-refundable deposit/booking fee to secure your order date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to pickup or delivery. Orders placed within 7 days of the event date require full payment upfront (pickup orders only).
• Orders that encounter carrier delays do not qualify for a refund.
Pickup Orders
• Once your order is complete, you will receive a “Ready for Pickup” email with pickup instructions and location details.
• Please do not arrive for pickup until you receive this email.
