With the warmer weather approaching we want to make sure you orders arrive in perfect condition.
We offer a Warm Weather Insulated Shipping Upgrade
This upgrade can be added to any cookie, sweet treat, Edible image, or Chocolate order and includes insulated shipping material to keep the cool in and the heat out and cold packs to help regulate the temperature of the package.
We are currently offering 3 sizes to pair with all size packages
Small includes insulated packing material and 1 cold pack (1/2 dozen)
Medium includes insulated packing material and 2 cold packs (1-2 dozen)
Large includes insulated packing material and 3 cold packs (2+ dozen)
Additional cold packs can be purchased
We highly recommend purchasing the add on if the weather in your area is 60 degrees and above
Krazy Kreationz Sweets will not be responsible for orders that experience melting or damage due to warm weather without the purchase of this add on. Â

What will my add-on include?
Each Add-On includes insulated bubble wrap and colds packs
What happens if my order arrives damaged and I have purchased the add-on?
Unfortunately this does happen and we have no control over what happens to the packages once we ship them, if you have purchased the add-on and there is any melting we will send out a rushed replacement order free of charge.
Can you guarantee my order will not melt?
Unfortunately there is no way for us to guarantee there will be no melting, however we do our best to make sure everything is securely packaged with top quality shipping material.
