Shipping/Damaged Products

We ship most Sweet Treat orders with USPS Priority Mail - Unless Upgraded by Customer in Checkout

Stencils, Cookie Cutters, & Edible Images are shipped with USPS First Class Mail - Unless Upgraded by Customer at Checkout. 

We make sure to pack all order with extreme care, unfortunately USPS can be extremely rough with packages and breaking/damage can happen to fragile treat orders. All orders shipped with USPS Priority Mail are insured, If your order arrives damaged please keep all packaging and items that arrive in  the box. 

Within 24 hours of delivery please send images of all damaged items, inner packaging, and box. We will then file a claim on your behalf with USPS. 

Please inspect all packages/orders/items once they arrive on the delivery date. Any requests after 24hr  will not be excepted.

In the event USPS would like to inspect the packaging, please have all items ready to bring to your local post office. 

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to except returns.
