By placing an order with Krazy Kreationz Sweets⁠, you acknowledge and agree to our processing times, shipping policies, and terms of service provided at checkout.

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. Customers agree to contact us directly regarding any issue with an order before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their financial institution.

Filing a chargeback for an order that is still within the stated processing timeframe, in transit with the shipping carrier, or otherwise compliant with the agreed terms and conditions may be considered a fraudulent dispute.

By completing your purchase, you authorize Krazy Kreationz Sweets to provide order records, tracking information, communications, invoices, and acceptance of terms and conditions to the payment processor or financial institution in response to any dispute.

If a chargeback is filed improperly for products/services delivered or processed according to the agreed terms, we reserve the right to:

Contest the dispute with supporting documentation

Refuse future service/orders

Require future orders to be paid through alternative payment methods

Pursue recovery of fees, shipping costs, and associated administrative expenses where permitted by law
