We highly recommend adding this upgrade during the warmer months (May–September) when temperatures are 60°F or higher in your area. This service helps protect cookies, chocolate, cake pops, cakesicles, and other sweet treats from heat-related damage during transit.
Each insulated shipping upgrade includes thermal packaging designed to keep cool air in and heat out, along with cold packs to help regulate the temperature inside your package while in transit.
Available Sizes:
🍪 Small Package Upgrade
- Includes 1 cold pack and insulated packaging
- Recommended for up to ½ dozen cake pops or cakesicles
🍪 Medium Package Upgrade
- Includes 2 cold packs and insulated packaging
- Recommended for packages containing 1–2 dozen items
🍪 Large Package Upgrade
- Includes 3 cold packs and insulated packaging
- Recommended for packages containing more than 2 dozen items
🖨️ Edible Image Insulated Mailer
- For edible image orders only
- Includes a Stay Cool insulated mailer envelope
- Does NOT include an insulated box, insulated packaging, or cold packs
- Not compatible with chocolate, cake pops, cakesicles, or other sweet treat orders
